Up nextEverything I learn from the drumroll and the prototype testing - conversations, the survey, hands-on use - flows back into the concept and the build. Ideas get sharpened or dropped based on what actually helps.
Launch the first version
PendingThe first real version goes live: the MVP, built on everything tested and refined so far. From there it's iterative - new features and areas get added step by step, based on real feedback instead of a plan locked in upfront.
